Adjusting the movement amount of one step
of trim (S:TRMRAT, Steering trim rate)
The steering trim consists of 100 steps. The move-
ment amount per step is set here.
Since the number of steps of steering trim
does not change, change of the trim rate
will change the adjustable range of trim.
If the trim rate is changed when the
steering trim has been already set, the
trim is displaced unless the trim setting
is 0.
Press the down key or the up key to display
1
"S:TRMRAT."
Press the + key or the – key to change the set
2
value.
The value can be set in the range of 5 to 20. A
smaller value decreases the movement amount.
If you press the + key and the – key
simultaneously, the set value is set to 10.
Press the back (function) key to return to the
3
normal screen or press the down key or the up
key to select another function menu item.
The setting contents are stored.
By setting a small trim rate, you can perform
fine trim correction. However, you may not
obtain an adequate result depending on the
servo.
If backlash is large at the linkage or the servo,
an adequate result cannot be obtained.
Review the linkage and so on.
Switching the movement direction
(S:REVERS, Steering reverse)
If the movement direction of servo or ESC is re-
verse, set the movement direction of steering to
reverse (REVE).
Press the down key or the up key to display
1
"S:REVERS."
Press the + key or the – key to change the
2
setting.
NORM: Normal. This means normal direction.
REVE: Reverse. The movement direction is
reverse.
If you press the + key and the – key simul-
taneously, the set value is set to NORM.
Press the back (function) key to return to the
3
normal screen or press the down key or the up
key to select another function menu item.
The setting contents are stored.
