Accept IP setting of fieldbus

So that the fieldbus can control the IP settings via the ProDrive settings the host IP must
be 0.
Then the IP settings can be made via DHCP or BOOTP.
Example 3: Host IP = 0 via the dip switch
All dip switches are on 0:

Activate DHCP
DHCP is always activated if the configuration method changes from "ProDrive" to the
"Fieldbus"
h The device starts with the host IP = 0, which was configured in the controller
h Via the ProDrive (or dip switch) the host IP is set to 0
h Device is started again
h Now the device operated in the DHCP mode
Activate BootP
BootP can be activated via the fieldbus, only.
