Process data mapping

The process data mapping of the b maXX 5000 can be configured by the Modbus register
210 - 337 (actual process data mapping) and register 410 - 537 (set process data map-
ping). The mapping configuration sets the parameters mapped on the Modbus register
addresses 2 - 65) (actual process data) and 102 - 165 (set process data).
The mapped parameters can be read or written via the process data register in state Pre-
operational.
The writing of mapping register is only possible in state Pre-operational.
The mapped parameter is written to via function block (FB), parameter number (PNR),
instance of the function block (FBI) and axis number. All mapped parameters are wirtten
to in a list for actual process data (actual process data mapping) and another list for set
process data (set process data mapping):
Actual process data mapping: Register 210 - 337
List of the parameter, which are mapped to the actual process data
Set process data mapping: Register 410 - 537
List of the parameter, which are mapped to the set process data
The last mapped parameter is followed by an FB value of 0. No FB value of 0 is allowed
if all possible parameters should be mapped
An invalid mapping configuration is displayed not before the status is changed to Opera-
tional. An invalid configuration is shown by the set bit 5 in status word
page 53) and a corresponding error code can be read in register address 200 - 201 (see
