The BayStack 281xx switch is now operational and can be attached to other
network devices. However, you must configure a few basic system parameters
to enable the BayStack 281xx switch to boot on to the network and
communicate with the Optivity network management station. For instructions
on entering system parameters, see "Minimum System Parameters" in
Chapter 4, "Configuring the BayStack 281xx Switch."
