Modifying the Expansion Port Speed and Duplex Mode

The expansion port speed and duplex options are:
• 200 Mb/s at full-duplex. The port operates in this mode when a cascade
cable is connected, regardless of user configuration.
• 100 Mb/s at full-duplex (default setting for transceiver cables).
• 100 Mb/s at half-duplex.
To modify the duplex mode for an expansion port, follow these steps:
1. In the Main Menu, choose Configuration Parameters.
2. In the Configuration Parameters menu, choose Switch Parameters.
3. In the Switch Parameters menu, choose Modify Switch Expansion
Port Transceiver Speed and Duplex Mode.
