OBIS legend behaviour (toggling)
All OBIS codes are to be forced left aligned. Billing count/reset count
number is to be forced right aligned to make reading clearer.
Manual and Automatic resets are not distinguishable via the display (i.e.
it is not possible to display "*" and/or "&" symbols.
Only closed previous billing periods are made visible in the display and
IEC readout.
IEC billing readout may be parameterised to suppress values to suit
reading preference or simplify data capture for utility acquisition.
