Step 3 Disconnect the monitoring network cable and remove the dome camera from the control
skylight.
Step 4 Install a new dome camera, reconnect the network cable, and secure the camera to the base
using screws.
Step 5 Adjust the camera coverage based on video images.
Step 6 Tighten the screws on the front cover of the camera.

Follow-up Procedure
Check whether the new dome camera works properly. If video images are properly displayed
on the video screen of the management system client, the new dome camera works properly.

5.4.6 Replacing the Smoke Detector

The smoke detector can be installed in various scenarios. This section describes the method of
replacing the smoke detector installed on the control skylight.
Prerequisites


Context
Recommended tools and materials: Phillips screwdriver, insulation tape, step ladder (2 m)
Procedure
Step 1 Rotate the smoke detector and remove it from the base, as shown in
Issue 01 (2016-10-18)
The smoke detector needs to be replaced.
A spare smoke detector of the same model is available and functional.
