Step 3 Check whether the charging pipe of the humidifier leaks.
Step 4 Check whether the condensate water pipes are blocked.
Step 5 Check whether the drainage loop leaks.

Symptom
Loud noise is generated when a unit is in operation.
Possible Causes
Procedure
Step 1 Check whether the heat load is evenly distributed (whether the cooling requirement for the
unit is proper). If necessary, contact Huawei technical support.
Step 2 For noise generated by other causes, contact Huawei technical support.
