4.3.3 Troubleshooting Skylight Controller Faults

Symptom
The skylight controller does not work properly.
Possible Causes


Procedure
Step 1 Check whether the skylight controller is faulty. Connect the skylight controller to the 220 V
AC power and use a multimeter to check whether the power is properly supplied to each
component.


Step 2 Check whether the components are connected to the skylight controller properly and securely.
Test the cables section by section using a multimeter to check whether the cables are shorted
or disconnected.



4.3.4 Troubleshooting Camera Faults

Symptom
The NetEco is interrupted and cannot obtain video images.
Possible Causes




Issue 01 (2016-10-18)
The skylight controller is faulty, for example, the internal circuit is faulty.
Cables to the skylight controller are faulty.
If the supply voltage for each component is 12 V DC, the skylight controller is proper.
Check the connected components, replace any faulty one, and check whether the fault is
rectified.
− If the fault is rectified, no further action is required.
− If the fault is not rectified, go to
If the supply voltage for each component is not 12 V DC, the skylight controller is faulty.
Replace the controller.
If yes, replace the cables and check whether the fault is rectified.
− If the fault is rectified, no further action is required.
− If the fault is not rectified, contact Huawei technical support.
If no, but the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support.
The camera is faulty.
The PoE is faulty.
Cables to the camera are faulty.
The IP address is incorrect.
