Step 5 Check whether the humidification pan of the air conditioners lacks of water when the
dehumidification temperature is low. Determine whether the water supply to the
humidification pan is abnormal or water pipes are blocked based on the alarm information.

4.2.3 Water Accumulates Near Air Conditioners

Symptom
Water accumulates on the floor near air conditioners.
Possible Cause
Procedure
Step 1 Check whether the air conditioners are leveled.
Step 2 Check whether the thermal insulation layers on the pipes are intact.
Issue 01 (2016-10-18)
If yes, rectify the water supply faults or dredge the water pipes, and then check whether
the fault is rectified.
If the fault is rectified, no further action is required.
If the fault is not rectified, contact Huawei technical support.
If no, contact Huawei technical support.
Air conditioners are not leveled.
Condensate pipes of the air conditioners are blocked.
The drainpipes leak.
The thermal insulation layers on the pipes are damaged.
The thickness of the thermal insulation layers does not meet the minimum requirement.
The charging pipe of the humidifier leaks.
The condensate pump is faulty.
Air conditioners blow moist air or condensation.
If yes, go to
Step
2.
If no, level the air conditioners by following the air conditioner installation guide and
check whether the fault persists.
If the fault is rectified, no further action is required.
If the fault persists, go to

3.
If no, wrap the thermal insulation cotton again and check whether the fault persists.
If the fault is rectified, no further action is required.
If the fault persists, go to
Use the thermal insulation cotton of the same type as the old one and ensure that no cracks exist between
each length of thermal insulation cotton and between the copper pipe and the internal wall of the thermal
insulation pipe. Tighten the thermal insulation cotton by using single-sided tape.
