Procedure
Step 1 Check whether the double-door or four-door access controller is normal. Check whether the
access controller controls the doors properly when the power supply is normal.


Step 2 Check whether the cables to the double door or four door access controllers are in poor
contact. Check the cable connections once again, power on the access controller, and check
whether the access controller works properly.



4.3.11 Troubleshooting Double Door Magnetic Lock Faults

Symptom
The double door magnetic lock cannot be opened properly.
Possible Causes


Procedure
Step 1 Check whether the double door magnetic lock fails to control the door properly when the
power supply is normal.


Step 2 Check the cable connections for the double door magnetic lock. Power on the magnetic lock
after its cables are properly connected, and check whether the access controller works
properly.


