4.2.5 Air Conditioners Blowing Moist Air or Condensation

Symptom
Air conditioners blow moist air or condensation.
Possible Cause




Procedure
Step 1 Check whether humidity inside the equipment room is within the normal range.


Step 2 Check whether the condensate drip pan is blocked.


Step 3 Check the operating status of the humidifier. If the humidifier does not work properly, contact
Huawei technical support.

4.3 Troubleshooting the Management System

4.3.1 Troubleshooting ECC Faults

Symptom
The ECC fails to collect data information.
Possible Causes



Issue 01 (2016-10-18)
The humidity inside the equipment room is high.
The condensate drip pan is blocked.
The humidifier does not work properly.
The temperature and humidity settings are low.
The normal humidity range is 35%–75% RH.
If yes, go to Step 2.
If no, rectify the fault by following the instructions provided in
Inside the Equipment Room.
If yes, clean it and check whether the fault persists.
− If the fault is rectified, no further action is required.
− If the fault persists, go to

Cables to the ECC are not properly connected.
The operation is not correct.
