4.3.8 Troubleshooting the Water Sensor and Water Detection
Cable
Symptom
No alarm is displayed on the NetEco when the water detection cable is in water.
Possible Causes


Procedure
Step 1 Check whether the water detection cable is in good contact. Immerse the water detection cable
into the water when the power supply is normal, and check whether an alarm is displayed on
the NetEco.


Step 2 Check whether the water sensor is faulty. Connect the water sensor to a functional water
detection cable when the power supply is normal. Immerse the cable into the water and check
whether the alarm is displayed on the NetEco.



4.3.9 Troubleshooting Access Controller Faults

Symptom
The access controller does not work properly.
Issue 01 (2016-10-18)
If the voltage is the rated 220 V AC, the output is normal and the lighting control box is
proper. If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support.
If the voltage is not the rated 220 V AC, the lighting control box is faulty. Replace the
lighting control box and check whether the fault is rectified.
− If the fault is rectified, no further action is required.
− If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support.
The water detection cable is in poor contact.
The water sensor is faulty.
If yes, but the fault is not rectified, go to
