Procedure
Step 1 Check whether the ECC is faulty. When the power supply is normal, check whether the
NetEco is abnormal when it is connected the ECC.
Step 2 You can perform operations on the ECC properly after it is connected.

4.3.2 Troubleshooting RS485 or AI/DI Expansion Card Faults

Symptom
The communication data of the RS485 or AI/DI expansion card cannot be detected.
Possible Causes
Procedure
Step 1 Check whether the RS485 or AI/DI expansion card is normal. When the ECC is properly
powered on, check whether the RS485 or AI/DI expansion card is detected by the ECC and
whether the indicator on the expansion card is steady on.
Step 2 Check whether the RS485 or AI/DI expansion card is in poor contact with the ECC. Properly
insert the RS485 or AI/DI expansion card into the ECC and check whether the power
indicator of the expansion card lights up.
