The PoE LED functional descriptions for the twisted-pair ports 1 - 8 are
defined in Table 9.

Description
PoE is active on the port and is delivering power to
a powered device.
This LED state indicates one of the following
conditions:
- The port is connected to a non-PoE device.
- The PD is powered off.
- PoE is disabled on the port.
