T R O U B L E S H O O T I N G T I P S
One or more panels do not illuminate:
1. Check if panels are correctly installed and none of the magnets are missing or misaligned.
2. Check if the power supply(s) have AC power and are turned ON.
3. Locate the circuit breaker which controls the AC outlet the power supply(s) is connected to and
confirm it has not been tripped.
4. Check if the power cord from the power supply(s) is damaged or cut.
5. If none of these solutions work, please contact ADJ Customer Service.
One or more panels do not respond to DMX:
1.   Check if panels are correctly installed and none of the magnets are missing or misaligned.
2.   Check all DMX cables are connected to the correct input and output connectors.
3.   Check if any of the DMX cables are damaged or cut.
One or more panels do not respond sound:
1.
Quiet or high-pitched sounds will not activate the panels.
2. Confirm panels are all in CH10 DMX Mode and DMX Channel 9 value is set to

Listed below are a few answers to common questions users may have.
1. Is there a fuse that can be replaced on the panel?
No. The panels do not have a replaceable fuse. However, there is a replaceable fuse located on the
Power Supply(s). If the fuse is intact and the system still does not operate, please contact ADJ
customer service.
2. What is the maximum number of panels that can be linked together?
Yes. The maximum number of linkable panels is limited by the total number of panels supported by
the power supply used. The system comes with a power supply which can support up to 9 total
panels max. If using more panels, a larger and/or multiple power supply(s) is required.
