Below are some common issues that you may encounter during use, along with possible solutions. If
the steps below do not solve your problems, please contact the ADJ support line at the phone num-
ber or e-mail address listed in the Introduction section of this manual.
No voltage output from power supply:
• Check that there is voltage output from the power socket.
• Check whether the fuse has been tripped. If so, replace the fuse. It is also strongly advised to
check the layout of the dance floor panels to make sure that have been oriented correctly, in order
to avoid tripping the fuse again.
• Check that the cable connecting the power supply to the dance floor assembly is securely con-
nected.
Fuse or circuit breaker trips repeatedly:
• Check whether the power demand exceeds the maximum load output of the power supply. If so,
reduce the number of dance floor panels connected to this power supply.
• Check whether the fuse itself is faulty. Replace the fuse with a new fuse of the correct type.
• Check the condition of the dance floor panels themselves to ensure that they are not working in an
abnormal manner.
