Regular inspections are recommended to insure proper function and extended life. There are no user serviceable parts inside these devices, please refer all other service issues to an authorized ADJ service technician. I N S T A L L A T I O N I N S T R U C T I O N S FLAMMABLE MATERIAL WARNING Keep devices minimum 5.0 feet (1.5m) away from flammable materials and/or pyrotechnics. ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS A qualified electrician should be used for all electrical connections and/or installations. - Page 11 CEILING AND MIRROR BALL MOTOR MOUNTING The M-1212 Mirror Ball can be mounted to a mirror ball motor or a variety of other mounting methods. Prior to mounting, ensure that the mounting method and/or mirror ball motor are capable of supporting the weight of the mirror ball, motor, as well as any clamps, cables or any other installation accessories.
- Page 12 Attach mirror ball to fixture or motor axle using carabineer (not included) (make sure to close carabineer!). If installing to a mirror ball motor, power ON motor and confirm mirror ball rotation functions well.
