Manage Temperature Settings

Setpoints
Define the setpoint temperatures for heated
(internal and external) zones.

for all connected zones

NOTE: To minimize charring the adhesive
material, you can define the hopper setpoint
temperature up to 15C (30F) cooler than the
reservoir setpoint temperature
NOTE: The Hopper setpoint temperature
cannot exceed that of the reservoir.

Define the over and under temperature
threshold values, allowing the system to
alert you before an over/under temperature
fault occurs.
NOTE: For setpoint limits, the system uses
the differential temperature conversion
method. For Celsius to Fahrenheit multiply
Celsius by 1.8. For Fahrenheit to Celsius
divide by 1.8
PID Settings
Define the Proportional, Integral and
Differential (control aspects) of standard or
large applicators, hoses and air heaters.
Heater Zone
Enable or Disable individual external zones.
Control
Ready Delay
Define the amount of time to delay the
Melter "Ready" (green) status, thereby
allowing enough time for the hot melt
material in the reservoir to reach its normal
operation.
