Returning the Customer SD Card Back into the
Melter

1. From the Main Display, touch System | Administration | Save
Diagnostic
The system generates a file name based on the date and time and saves
the file to the customer SD Card located on the LCD display.
2. Switch the melter OFF, open the cover of the LCD display and locate the
customer SD Card. See figure above.
3. Removing the customer SD Card is a two-step process:
a. Push the SD Card in, then release.
b. You can now slide the SD Card out of its slot.
4. Using a computer that has a customer SD Card reader and is connected
to the Internet, you can now send the file to technical support.
5. When done, replace the customer SD Card back into the melter.
When you have successfully sent the diagnostic file to technical support, you
must return the customer SD Card back into the melter.
1. Make sure the melter is not running. If so, switch the melter OFF, open
the cover of the LCD display and locate the customer SD Card. See
figure above.
2. Insert the SD Card, face up, into the slot. Push up until you hear or feel a
click.
3. Close the LCD display cover. You can now switch the melter On.
