Running a System Diagnostic

To help troubleshoot your melter, you can save all events, including the
time/date of all displayed service, alert and fault messages, as well as the
current system, temperature and pump settings. From the Main Menu, touch
System > Administration > Save Diagnostic. The diagnostic file is saved
to Diagnostics.nor located on the front customer SD card.

Reverting back to Factory Settings

You can reset all user definable system, temperature and pump settings
back to factory settings.

From the Main Menu, touch System > Administration > System
Reset > Complete

All log events are erased
NOTE: Nothing is erased from the customer SD card.

Resetting the Password

If you forgot your password, you must contact Nordson and request a
temporary login. When you enter the temporary password, the system
prompts you to enter a new password.
You can disable Password protection to avoid this issue again. However, the
melter will be vulnerable to malicious intent.
