Completing the Installation

Verify that all wiring has been done according to applicable electrical norms.
Replace the Power Supply Card PCB in J22.
Replace the battery and connect the terminal cables. Verify polarity.
Depending on version, replace the faceplate.
Verify that the pH or pH+ORP electrode or blanking plug is secure, with O-ring in place.
Verify that the 4 ioniser blanking plugs are secure, with O-rings in place.
Verify that the pressure tube is pushed over the nipple on the main base and over the nipple on the pressure transducer
on the centre Analogue PCB of the Main Unit.
Verify that the power switch on the PSU is in the OFF position (switch to UP).
Connect the circuit breakers to the PoolCop and associated equipment.

Commissioning PoolCop

Switch the PSU ON.
The Power ON and Battery ON red LED's must illuminate.

The pool pump must be heard to pulse ON momentarily, then OFF.

The valve rotation motor and all other auxiliaries will cycle ON for a momentary pulse, then OFF (the installer will

not hear these actions due to the pump pulsing ON).
If only the pump runs, disconnect the circuit breaker, switch ON the PoolCop and reset factory default
The PoolCop will display the following sequence:

FILTER position selected and valve will rotate to filter position.

Once filter position is confirmed reached, the main POOLCOP screen will be displayed.
