Remove the 4 blank plugs in the Main Unit housing.
Remove the 4 Ioniser Electrodes from packaging.
Verify that the washers are in place.
Insert and tighten the Electrodes.
Remove the white plastic cover from the motor and circuitry.
Connect the two male banana plugs to the appropriate connectors
on the back of the middle Analogue PCB, and then plug into the top
of the Electrodes. Polarity is not important.
Replace the white plastic cover.

Open the water supply and check for leaks.
If leaks are found, close the water supply, ensure that the housing is drained, and remove the electrodes to

Ioniser Starter Pack (sachet of blue/white crystalline power) is sufficient for a 100m
sachet corresponding to the actual pool volume into the skimmer and run the pump for 5 minutes.

Ioniser Electrode Check and Replacement Procedure
Check the Electrodes every 4 months; your PoolCop will remind you by means of an Alert. It is recommended that your installer
checks and replaces the Ioniser Electrodes.
If you would prefer to carry out this maintenance function yourself, closely follow the procedure below. If in any doubt, contact your
installer for further guidance and support.
Verify that the pump circuit breaker is OFF, and/or set all pump timers in

Repair all leaks and repeat the procedure, if required.
If leaks are found, switch OFF the filtration immediately.
