The meters are activated by assigning an input. Only inputs with input identifier
"Pulse" can be assigned.

Datapoint "Displayed unit", is used to select the unit to be displayed.
"Displayed format" defines the number of decimal places.

15.2.3 Pulse valency
Every pulse from a pulse source corresponds to a specific consumption value.
The pulse valency is imprinted on the meter. The pulse valency must be entered as
a numerator and denominator.

15.2.4 Overflow value

The overflow value ensures that the reading on the display of the connected meter
is the same as that on the RMB795B. The value at which the meter's display
returns to 0 can be set.
