he Model 8000 RAC supports up to 62 internal digital modems. The
modems are located on plug-in cards that reside on the main logic board.
This chapter describes how to install digital modem cards to upgrade the
number of modems on the RAC. This chapter also describes how to
remove and replace faulty modem cards.
