9. Install additional hardware:
a. Make sure that four set screws are inserted into the heater door bracket. Also make sure that the set
screw on each side of the canopy at the display end is aligned with the hole in the heater door bracket.
b. Using a 7 mm socket or wrench, install the four nuts and four star washers that secure the canopy to
the heater door bracket. Remember to reinstall the cable routing clips on the outboard studs.
c. Slide each rail spacer between rail and heater door bracket to align with each set screw on the side
rails at the E and W marks. Refer to Figure 5-19. Tighten smooth nuts finger-tight until set screw
protrudes through spacer and heater door bracket.

d. Tighten smooth nut with a 10 mm open end wrench. Make sure rail spacer is still in place between the
heater door bracket and rail.
CAUTION:
Do not over-tighten the hardware.
e. Assemble the star washer and nut on the outside of the heater door bracket and tighten the nut.
