Function/Explanation
CTS on/off or RTS on/off (CTS for DCE-DTE
flow control, RTS for DTE-DCE).
DC1/DC2 flow control.
DC1/DC3 flow control (default for DCE-DTE
and DTE-DCE).
Disables auto-retrain.
Enables auto-retrain.
Selects permissive transmit level.
Selects programmable transmit level.
