If the roadway is frequently used by tall vehicles, consider choosing a

higher mounting height to help avoid occlusion.
Don't use an offset of less than 6 ft. (1.8 m). Also, the sensor can be
˿
up to 230 ft. (70.1 m) from the road, but don't go out that far if you
can avoid it; it could lead to decreased accuracy.
For best results, choose the mounting height in the Height column
˿
in the table. If you can't, just keep it somewhere in the acceptable
range.
