4. Assemble V-bolts (2) and adjust the tension of V-
belt using tension adjusting bolt (1). Tighten
tension adjusting bolts (1).
Disassemble Air Compressor

Start By :
a. Remove air compressor

1. Remove plug (1) and drain oil from the crankcase.
NOTE : For the purpose of reassembly, put Loctite
No.572 on plug (1).

2. Remove four bolts (2) and washers that hold the
cylinder head on the cylinder.
NOTE : For the purpose of reassembly, tighten bolts
(2) to a torque of 25 � � 31 N � � m (19 � � 23 lb � � ft).
3. Remove cylinder head (3).

4. Remove gasket (4) and discard it.
5. Remove seat plate assembly (5) from the cylinder.

6. Remove two bolts (6), washers, pressure catcher
(7) and disc if needed.
