Install Oil Pump A41663-03

1. Put oil pump assembly (8) in position on No.7
bearing cap, by tapping slightly with a plastic
hammer.
2. Install bolts (7) and washers that hold the oil pump
in place and tighten bolts (7) to a torque of 44 N � � m
(32 lb� � ft).
3. Bend the lock washer towards bolt (7) to prevent
from loosening.

4. Put suction tube assembly (6) in place and install
new gasket, bolts (5) and washers that hold
suction tube assembly (6).

5. Install new gasket on tube assembly (4).
6. Put tube assembly (4) in place and install bolts (3)
and washers that hold tube assembly (4). Tighten
bolts (3).

7. Install new gasket on tube assembly (2).
8. Put tube assembly (2) in place and install bolts (1)
and washers that hold tube assembly (2). Tighten
bolts (1).

a. Install oil pan.
