3. Remove two bolts (5), nuts (6) and washers that
hold oil cooler (7) on the block.
4. Remove oil cooler assembly (7).
5. Remove the gasket from the block and discard it.
6. Install the oil cooler in reverse order of removal.

Start By :
a. Remove oil cooler

1. Remove eight bolts (1) and washers that hold
cover (2) on the oil cooler housing.
2. Remove cover (2) from the oil cooler housing.

3. Inspect the condition of gasket (3). Replace gasket
(3) with new if needed.

4. Remove four bolts (4) and washers that hold
element in oil cooler housing.
5. Remove element (5) from oil cooler housing.

6. Remove two gaskets (6) from the oil cooler
housing and discard it.
