Function
q The pump pressure sensor is installed to the
input circuit of the control valve.
It converts the pump discharge pressure into a
q
voltage and transmits it to the pump controller.
Operation
q The oil pressure is applied to the diaphragm of
the oil pressure sensor from the pressure
intake part, the diaphragm is deformed.
q The deformation in the diaphragm causes the
resistance of the gauge to change. This
causes a change in the output voltage, which
is transmitted to the amplifier (voltage ampli-
fier).

q The relationship between the pressure applied
to sensors (P) and output voltage (E) is shown
in the figure below.
The amplifier magnifies output voltage (E) and

transmits it to the pump controller.
