During arm digging, regeneration circuit pro-
vided from the cylinder head to the bottom
increases the cylinder speed as the cylinder
flow involves the pump delivery plus regener-
ated flow.

Operation

If the cylinder head pressure is lower than the
bottom pressure, pressurized oil (A) from the
cylinder bottom flows to drain circuit (B) from
the notch of arm spool (2).

On the other hand, remaining oil flows to
regeneration circuit (C), opens check valve (6)
and flows to the cylinder head via circuit (D).

Flow from regeneration circuit (C) and pump
(1) merges in circuit (E).
