Installation
Installation is done in the reverse order of

a When tightening the locknut, make sure that
0.5 – 1.5 mm clearance (a) is maintained
between the plate and nut after the tightening.

Inside surface of bushing when assembling pin:

Feed grease after assembling pin:

When aligning the position of the pin hole,
never insert your fingers into the pin hole.
a Adjust the clearance (b) between cylinder rod
(12) and plate (4) to 1.5mm or less using
shims.
Thickness of standard shim: 1.0 and 2.0 mm
