&%FD, &%FS, &%FH (Note: Single-wide, double-high print is not available
in IPCL).
[ESC] ! <n>
This command controls multiline double-wide or double-high mode.
n specifies the mode
0 begins standard single-wide and single-high
1 begins double-wide
2 begins double-high
3 begins double-wide, double-high
Note: This command does not affect line spacing.
EPOS Note: [ESC] ! <n> performs a similar function; however, NLQ is not
available.
