You can only install one power supply in either of the two slots.

Control Processor Module (CPM)
CPM (900CP1-0200) contains most of the electronics required to
perform the function of a process controller. A redundant CPM rack
contains two CPMs. Either CPM can be primary.
The CPM is shown in the following figure.
