Wait State
It is possible for the washer computer to interrupt the normal washer
operation. You can recognize the wait state by "Wait" appearing on
the display and a decreasing counter. This will occur when the power
has been switched off and on during a running wash cycle.
There is an automatic delay time before the washer can be restarted
because the software does not know how fast the motor was
spinning.
Failure Messages
When a failure has been detected by the full control wash
computer, a Failure Message is generated to inform the
operator about the problem. Each error message contains:
XX: The Program number
n
YY: The Step number
n
Err ZZZ: The error number
n
Fault Message: The name of the error message
n
Out Of Order (Pr: XX St: YY)
Ask For Service
(Err ZZZ : Fault Message)
At the upper line, the program number and step number of the
interrupted program are displayed. The message "Unload !" will
inform you when you can open the door.
Door Lock – Information Display
If there is still water in the drum or if the temperature is above 131°F
(55°C), it is not possible to open the door. The messages "Water in
cage" or "Too Hot" will be displayed together with the level and the
temperature.
NOTE: On the display, the actual water temperature and level will
display. Wait until the water drains and the water cools before
opening the door.
If something goes wrong with the door lock, the program will end
n
immediately. The door will stay locked.
See "Troubleshooting" for more information on error handling.
Power interruptions
When a power interruption occurs while the washer is in standby
mode and no program cycle was started, the washer will stay in
standby mode. When a power interruption occurs while the washer
is washing or spinning, after the power interruption, the message
"Continue ?" will display.
STOP: The program is stopped. A tumble sequence will be
n
completed before the door can be opened.
START: The program restarts the last active step, and
n
continues with the rest of the program.
