Traceability Menu Options and Defaults
Description
First you have to select Traceability to obtain the other menu items.
A report can be created for each wash cycle.
• "Data DAQ": stores all wash process data in the DAQ memory.
When the PC is connected to the washer, the data is sent and
stored on the PC.
• "Data PC": sends continuously all wash cycle data to the PC,
where it is stored.
Sets the time limit for establishing communication with a PC.
Only for Traceability report = Data PC
Sets the time limit for data transfer into the monitoring system.
Err 81 and Err 82 can be switched off if they are interfering with
the wash cycle.
Return to Advanced Menu.
Weighing Menu Options and Defaults
Description
No – without weighing system
Auto – Automatic load-weighing system
Manual – manual entering of the load weight
The weight unit may be displayed in kg or as a percentage value (of the washer capacity).
• Main units correspond to the largest figures on the display.
The weight unit may be displayed in kg or as a percentage value (of the washer capacity).
• The secondary units correspond to the smallest figures on the display.
Load cell calibration shows current weight which is applied to each oft the load cells.
When the message "Calibrated" appears in the middle of the screen, the calibration
process has finished. For further information, read the weighing system manual.
This value states the weight of the washer. This value is used to verify correct function
of the weighing system. If the currently measured weight is out of range, a diagnostic
error appears.
Water consumption programmable in (units) or liters. If units are selected, the water
consumption is higher than when liters are selected. The system measures the exact
amount of water in liters when liters are selected.
If liters are selected, there may not be a sufficient amount of water for the prewash
because a dry load may absorb a large amount of water. This problem may be solved by
selecting "Linen absorption correction".
An increased amount of water will then be fed into the washer for the prewash cycle.
If the amount of weighed load in the washer is smaller than the washer's capacity,
the washer will run automatically with a reduced amount of water. This will reduce the
washer's water consumption.
Similar to Automatic Water Level Adjustment. Also the time value of the liquid soap
signal is adjusted in relation to the amount of weighed load – this will reduce the
washer's liquid soap consumption.
This item is used for stabilization of the displayed weight value during the weighing
process.
Manual finishes calibration-weighing.
