Replacing the Programmer Boards

1. Switch off the main power supply. Open the front console.
2. Remove the connectors from the programmer boards
(including the connector between the CPU and I/O boards)
and remove the small hose from the water level sensor.
3. Unscrew the securing screws to remove the CPU board.
4. Loosen the two securing screws to remove the I/O board,
along with the bearing sheet metal.
5. Insert a new electronic programmer into the washer and
secure it with the screws.
6. Reconnect all the connectors and put the little hose back
on the level sensor.
7. Close the cover plate of the washer.
8. Switch on the power supply. The display should illuminate.
9. Configure the new programmer boards.
IMPORTANT: Only a qualified technician should perform
configuration setup. Incorrect configuration setting could
cause serious washer damage.

Installing New Software

1. Switch off the main power supply. Open the front console.
2. Insert a flash drive containingn the software into the USB
connector E of the CPU board.
3. Switch the washer power supply on.
4. The display shows information that the software is being
copied from the flash drive into the programmer board.
5. When the copying is finished, a prompt to remove the flash
drive from the CPU is displayed.
6. Switch the washer power supply off and remove the
flash drive.
7. Close the washer cover plate.
8. Switch the washer power supply on.
9. If the software is compatible with the previous software,
the new software can be used without re-initialization.
10. To make a correct inspection of the functioning of the newly
installed software, clear all error messages in the Service
menu.
11. If the software is not 100% compatible with the previous
software version, the message "New SW version" will be
displayed, followed by a prompt to enter a password for
initialization of the Configuration Menu.
IMPORTANT: Only a qualified technician should perform
configuration setup. Incorrect configuration setting could
cause serious washer damage.
Select Reset Factory Settings in the Configuration Menu

(see "Configuration" in "Washer Startup").
Go through the menu items in the configuration manual

and make certain the settings correspond with your
preferred settings.
NOTE: All custom settings will be lost.
Switch the power off and on again. The washer is now reset.
