Step 17: Tighten swagelock nut
onto airway assembly (29) hand
tight, then an additional 1¼ of
a turn with a 11/16" open end
wrench.

THE AQUA LUNG G3000SS DIVING HELMET - MAINTENANCE MANUAL for
guidance on installation of the regulator.
Step 19: Place dual exhaust
bushing (15) over free flow /
water dump valve stem (57).
Step 21: Place dual exhaust
seat (16) over the dual exhaust
bushing (15).
Step 18: Secure the regulator
in place.
Step 20: Dual exhaust bushing
(15) installed onto free flow / water
dump valve stem (57).
Step 22: Place water dump /
flapper exhaust valve (18) onto
the dual exhaust seat (16).
DO NOT LUBRICATE.
