The buttons on the left side of the Dashboard are used to access additional functions .The
present function is presented in a pale color.
- Dashboard (this section)
- Worklist (Section 6.5) - accesses a screen which lists the various assays to be
performed on the samples that have been placed in the system and scanned.
- Timeline (Section 6.6 and 6.7) - accesses a series of screens which provide
detailed information about the levels of consumable items as well as the status of various
components (e.g. the temperature of the incubators).
- Log Viewer (Section 6.8) - accesses a series of screens that are used to view
data, system events and related issues.
- Reagent Packs (Section 6.9) - accesses a series of screens that describe the
various reagent packs that are loaded.
- Results (Section 6.9) - accesses a series of screens that present analytical
results.
- Home - returns the Home screen (Figure 6.2).
The four fields on the right provide a snapshot of the status of the Plates, Fluids, SmartKits
and Consumables. A green checkmark indicates that the status is satisfactory, while a red
exclamation point indicates that an action is required in the near future (i.e. replacing
consumables). Additional information can be obtained by pressing the desired field.
