D Device setting

q In the Remote station's Remote Utility, open the
Radio List screen.
How to open: Select the 'Radio Operation' mode,
then click the [Radio List] tab.
w Select a radio.
e Click [Settings] to display the Connection Setting
screen.
• Radios that are "<<CONNECT>>" or "OFFLINE," the
Connection Setting cannot be changed.
r Select a COM port number in the Virtual COM Port
Number menu.
• The selected COM port number is used for CI-V opera-
tion with the radio.
When you connect to the radio with a control
software, you have to set the COM port number.
t Select an audio device in the AF Output Device
menu to which your speaker is connected, to output
the received audio from the network.
y Select an audio device in the MOD Input Device
menu to which your microphone is connected, to
transmit the input audio to the network.
u Click [Save] to save the settings, and close the
screen.
