Bank is unavailable; retry the transaction.
If the transaction is declined again follow
manual fallback procedures as explained in
Section 8.2.
Obtain another form of payment.

last 24 hours, or the settlement is being
attempted between 21:30 and 23:00
(Sydney time).
Retry during settlement hours, making sure
24 hours have elapsed since the previous
