Spartan-7 XC7S100 FPGA

A Spartan-7 XC7S100-2FGGA676C FPGA is installed on the SP701 evaluation board. The
Spartan-7 family is optimized for low cost, lowest power, and high I/O performance.

Encryption Key Battery Backup Circuit
The XC7S100 FPGA U1 implements bitstream encryption key technology. The SP701 board
provides the encryption key backup battery circuit shown in the following figure.
