Operation status at warning occurrence [G] [WG]

The following shows the status of servo amplifiers at warning occurrence.
Status
The No. of the warning that has occurred is shown on the 7-segment LED.
The operation is continued. However, at an occurrence of a warning to stop the servo motor,
the servo motor stops with the method in accordance with the warning.
The WNG (Warning) of the output device signal and others are turned off. In addition, at an
occurrence of a warning to stop the servo motor, WNGSTOP (Motor stop warning) is turned
off.
The occurrence status of alarms and warnings can be monitored with MR Configurator2 or via
a network.

The following shows the status of servo amplifiers at warning occurrence.
Status

The operation is continued. However, at an occurrence of a warning to stop the servo motor,
the servo motor stops with the method in accordance with the warning.
The WNG (Warning), ALMWNG (Malfunction/Warning), and others of the output device signal
are turned off. In addition, at an occurrence of a warning to stop the servo motor, WNGSTOP
(Motor stop warning) is turned off.
The occurrence status of alarms and warnings can be monitored with MR Configurator2.

Returning from alarm [G] [WG]

When an alarm occurs, remove its cause, check that the operation signal is not being inputted, ensure safety,
and reset the alarm before restarting the operation.
Remove the cause of the alarm in accordance with the following manual.

The following table shows how to deactivate the alarm.

Explanation
• Error reset command from the controller
• Click "Occurred Alarm Reset" in the "Alarm Display" window of MR Configurator2.
Disconnect/reconnect network.
• Cycle the power.
• Perform the software reset with commands from the controller and MR Configurator2.
