Connect the Sensor Cable to the Transmitter
WARNING
Risk of electrical shock.
Do not perform any work on electrical components if the trans-
mitter is switched on. Failure to follow safety instructions could
result in serious injury or death.
Always turn off AC power before manipulating electric parts.
Grounding requirements: Only operate the instrument from
an power outlet which has a ground connection.
Make sure the power specification of the instrument corresponds to
the power on site.
1 Remove the plug [A] from the cable gland [B]
2 Open the AMI transmitter housing.
3 Feed the sensor cable through the cable gland [B] into the
transmitter housing.
4 Connect the cable to the terminals according to the connecting
diagram see
Connection Diagram, p.
5 Close the AMI transmitter housing.
6 Switch on power.
