Front seat sliding motor: Removal - Refitting
II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART

a
Note:
When refitting the front seat slide motor, obser ve
the following assembly sequence.
a Refit the cable (5) and check that it is fitted correctly.
a Refit the « front seat slide motor - sheath » assem-
bly (4) and (2) .
a Insert the cable (7) into the sheath (2) .
a Connect the connectors (1) .
III - FINAL OPERATION
a Connect the battery (see Battery : Removal - Refit-
ting) (80A, Battery).

a Apply the after repair procedure using the diagnos-
tic tool :
- connect the diagnostic tool,
- select « driver's seat position control and storage
keypad » ,
- go to repair mode,
- display the « before/after repair procedure » for the
computer selected,
- select « instrumented motor for driver's seat base
forward adjustment » in the « List of components
controlled by this computer » section,
- carry out the operations described in the « After re-
pair procedure » section.
a Carry out a function test.
