    The Accu-Chek Guide Me Blood Glucose Monitoring System is intended for in vitro diagnostic single-patient use by people with diabetes. The Accu-Chek Guide Me Blood Glucose Monitoring System is intended to be used by a single person and should not be shared.

You will need an application on your mobile device that can accept the meter’s data. You can use this application to wirelessly and automatically synchronize your diabetes information between the meter and the mobile device.
