Display and Keyswitch Definition

The characters in the bottom row of the display dictate which function is
selected or which action takes place when a corresponding keyswitch is
pressed. Normally, upper-case lettering in the top row of the display is used
for messages, and lower-case lettering in the bottom row is used for menu
options that are selectable.
Each keyswitch is embossed with identification marks signifying its number.
The left-most key is labeled "I", center-left key is labeled "ll", and so on.
Keyswitches that are used to select a function or perform an action are tinted
(grayed) throughout this manual.
