7.1 MSDP Configuration Commands

7.1.1 cache-sa-enable

Syntax

undo cache-sa-enable

Description
Use the cache-sa-enable command to enable the SA message cache mechanism.
Use the undo cache-sa-enable command to disable the cache mechanism.
By default, a router caches (S, G) entries after it receives an SA message.
If the router is in the cache state, it sends no SA request message to the specified
MSDP peer when it receives a Join message.
Example
# Enable the router to cache all SA states.
<H3C> system-view
System View: return to User View with Ctrl+Z.

[H3C-msdp] cache-sa-enable
